SHIPPING:
Standard shipping
Any exceptions are labeled accordingly. Available items will be charged and dispatched immediately. You will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped. Delivery time is 2-4 business days for the East Coast and 3-6 business days for all other locations except AK, HI and VI (up to 8 days). Please note that these delivery times are approximate values stated by our delivery partners and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that shipping addresses which contain a P.O. Box, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) can only be shipped via the USPS (United States Postal System). UPS (United Parcel Service) will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
Express shipping
Express shipping is available on in-stock items. Express orders placed on weekdays by 10:00am EST will ship the same day and be delivered according to the the next business day. You will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped.
Payment method
We accept payments by credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Visa) PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. All list prices are exclusive of sales tax.
Changes to your order
Please note: We cannot make any changes to your order after you have submitted it. If you need to update the shipping address or wish to change the books you have ordered, you will need to request a cancellation and order again. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the local delivery company once the parcel has arrived in the country of delivery.
Returns policy
If the content of your order is incorrect, or arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, not including original shipping costs. You may also opt for a replacement delivery (subject to availability). If you received a damaged item, please contact us at info@rzm.com with details of the defect, including pictures if possible.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, which is non-refundable. Upon receipt of your return we will refund the full purchase amount of the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
